PLEASE NOTE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN COURTS OR JURY TRIALS, AND LIMIT THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Account Creation

You can purchase items from our online store without a member account. If you do choose to create an account, only the necessary information to accept payments and ship you products will be saved. We do not retain any information about your credit card on our site, our third party processors may, however.

If you purchase a collection and or app from us, you will automatically have an account created using an anonymous identifier. You will have the opportunity to access this and update your information. We will do this so that we can keep track of your purchases for you in the event of corruption, deletion, account transfer, or the myraid of risks that beset fragile digital media. You will be asked to verify your identity – as we want to make sure prevent theft.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

When launching a new product or service, we might make our inital product available for no cost. In the event that those products move to a payment model, if you have retained your account from the time those products were for gratis – you will still be able to enjoy them. However, if you change your account, lose access to it, or delete your account, and those products introductory status have changed or expired, you will have fortited your right to enjoy them for no cost.

Payment and Billing

Payments for posters or other physical items will be rendered at the point of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for clarity.

Apps, services, and subscriptions all have different payment models:

  • When purchasing an app, there might be a purchase price for the app
  • When downloading an app, there might be in-app purchases
  • When subscribing to a collection or online content, there might be monthly payments

In all the cases above, purchases will be handled through a third party provider. The details will be available at the point of purchase.

System and Compatibility Requirements
